this one is my 'uni student fights back against 2 minute noodle malnutrition' meal. or quick 'n' tasty for short.
- a handful of washed baby spinach leaves
- 3-4 big leaves of washed and roughly chopped basil
- 1/4 of chopped avocado,
- a handful of organic chic peas
- and two chopped and warmed tomato, onion and basil veggie sausages
it took 2 minutes to make, and every mouthful was like a party on my tongue :)
and SO VERY HEALTHY.
